Solunio was founded by two computer scientists - that's why programming is in our blood. We are a “young” company in every aspect. The company was founded in 2013 and the average age of our employees is 28.

Flexible working hours are given and our breaks are never boring. Thanks to many common interests, colleagues have become friends. Your mission as ...

As a software developer / system engineer you are a member of our core development team and work actively on the optimization and further development of Visual Shop Floor. After a comprehensive and structured induction, you will soon be able to work independently on the conception and implementation of new functions. Mission

 

  • programming in an agile development environment using the latest methods, technologies and frameworks
  • design, debugging and implementation of back-end and front-end functions based on modern web technologies
  • design and implementation of microservices with associated test coverage
  • independent development and implementation of innovative ideas
  • active participation in project planning and implementation
  • active involvement in the design and further improvement of development processes and the development infrastructure
  • evaluation of new technologies and frameworks for applicability or integration into our software product

 

Your Profile

 

  • a degree in computer science or special formation (preferably TFO)
  • experience in software development and in the independent processing of software projects
  • practical experience with modern web technologies such as Angular or Node.js
  • practical experience in the use of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • good knowledge of the programming languages ​​JavaScript, Java or C / C ++
  • good knowledge of the web standards HTML5 and CSS3
  • possible experience in DevOps and in the application of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of the use of common development tools and frameworks

As a project manager / key account manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in optimizing production and logistics processes with Visual Shop Floor.
After a comprehensive and structured induction, you will work independently on the requirements analysis and on the conception of individual solutions for the digital shop floor management of medium-sized and large companies from the industrial environment. In addition to the initial introduction, you will support and advise our customers in the targeted application and use of Visual Shop Floor with the aim of unleashing the full potential of Visual Shop Floor for process optimization.


Mission

 

  • support our customers in the various project phases and lead them to success.
  • manage customer requirements and support the definition of content and goals.
  • conception and design of customer-specific solutions for digital shop floor management and for reporting on and monitoring of logistics and production processes
  • continuous coordination with the project shareholders in different departments and roles (lean management, production management and control)
  • train key users in the application and administration of Visual Shop Floor as well as support for users
  • involvement in strategic product development and concept drawing from your experience with customer projects.


Your profile

 

  • education or practical experience in the field of lean management or industrial engineering
  • experience in process optimization in an industrial environment
  • practical experience in shop floor management
  • understanding of IT-technical processes
  • experience in the use of production-related software systems such as ERP, MES or PPS is desirable
  • good knowledge of industrial production processes and the associated key figures (KPIs)
  • experience in agile project management according to Scrum
  • enthusiasm and enjoy working creatively and flexibly
  • pragmatic approach to topics and flexible in project implementation
  • process-oriented thinking as well as independent and task-oriented work
  • team-oriented, motivated and committed appearance
  • very good knowledge of German and English

  • administration and maintenance of the CRM system
  • planning, organization and handling of trade fairs in the DACH region

 

Your profile

 

  • a university degree or formation with focus on marketing - alternatively several years of professional experience
  • very good German and good English skills
  • good writing skills in German and English
  • independent and well organized
  • basic knowledge of image and video editing
  • good knowledge of the common Office applications
